- Own TikTok Shop GMV target (daily sales, scaling revenue).
- Manage TikTok Shop backend (catalog, pricing, inventory sync, compliance).
- Run & optimize Performance / Spark Ads (budget pacing, ROAS tracking, creative testing).
- Track affiliate performance (who’s driving sales, who to double down on).
- Daily dashboards: GMV, ROAS, refunds, affiliate ROI.
- Coordinate with India ops/finance/logistics for smooth fulfillment.
- 1–2 years of experience in TikTok Shop (preferred) / D2C growth.
- Hands-on with TikTok Shop Seller Center & Ads Manager (preferred) / Meta ads manager.
- Possess a startup mindset: scrappy, fast executor, and problem solver.
