We are looking for an experienced and proactive Ticketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in international and domestic ticketing, with strong knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international and domestic flight bookings using GDS
• Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide multiple fare options and best routing as per client requirements
• Monitor airline fare rules, policies, and schedule changes
• Communicate professionally with clients and resolve queries promptly

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on ticketing experience
• Proficient in one or more GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
