Air Ticketing Executive :

Job Summary:
As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will manage domestic and international flight bookings for clients. Your role includes understanding customer requirements, issuing tickets, managing cancellations or rescheduling, and providing top-notch support to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries for domestic and international flight bookings.
• Issue, modify, and cancel tickets through GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or airline portals.
• Assist clients in selecting flights based on their schedule and budget.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details such as passenger names, travel dates, and flight itineraries.
• Provide guidance on baggage policies, airline regulations, and travel requirements.
• Handle refunds and rescheduling requests efficiently.
• Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (travel/tourism preferred).
• Experience in ticketing and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of airline rules and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Travel Package Executive

Job Summary:
As a Travel Package Executive, you will be responsible for creating, customizing, and managing travel packages for clients. This includes handling inquiries, designing itineraries, and ensuring seamless execution of bookings. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients have memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
• Design and curate domestic and international travel packages.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to arrange bookings.
• Provide detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Ensure smooth delivery of services by monitoring bookings and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of current travel trends, destinations, and packages.
• Handle pricing, invoicing, and documentation for travel packages.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in travel package planning or tourism (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in travel software and tools.
• Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
