Ticketing Executive

Ticket Booking & Reservations

• Handling domestic and international flight bookings.
• Issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets.
• Providing clients with fare quotes, best route options, and travel schedules.
• Managing PNR creation & modifications on GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Processing refunds, rescheduling, and travel amendments.

Customer Service & Coordination

• Assisting customers with travel requirements, baggage info, seat selection, and special requests.
• Offering professional travel guidance and support throughout the booking process.
• Coordinating with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

GDS & Airline System Operations

• Working on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or any other booking platform.
• Maintaining accurate booking records and updating client databases.
• Checking airline policies, fare rules, cancellations, and penalty structures.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensuring all bookings follow airline guidelines and company policies.
• Maintaining reports of daily bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Verifying customer documents when required (passport, visa, ID proof).

Sales & Upselling

• Suggesting travel insurance, add-ons, meal plans, extra baggage, etc.
• Sharing promotional offers, seasonal fares, and group travel deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ticketing (domestic/international).
• Strong knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage last-minute changes.
• Good understanding of airline fare rules, routes, and travel regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹10,246.14 - ₹36,613.67 per month
