Job Description – IATA Staff ( Ticketing Executive )

Location: Alhasa, Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 2000 SAR + Overtime + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline ticketing and reservations as per IATA standards.
• Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and travel queries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and issue tickets through GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, visa regulations, and travel documentation requirements.
• Provide customer support for flight schedules, fare rules, and baggage policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and clients for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily reports and assist management in travel-related documentation.

Requirements

• IATA Certification or Diploma (mandatory).
• Prior experience in airline ticketing / travel agency preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹47,087.93 - ₹60,939.35 per month
