✈️ Job Title: Ticket Booking Executive (Domestic & International Flights) 📍 Location: Ahmedaad 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💼 Department: Travel & Customer Support 📝 Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Ticket Booking Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling domestic and international flight bookings, managing reservations, and addressing customer queries with efficiency and professionalism. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Handle flight bookings for both domestic and international sectors Assist customers with reservation inquiries, fare comparisons, ticket changes, and cancellations Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner Keep up-to-date with airline policies, fare rules, and special offers Ensure accurate documentation and secure processing of bookings and payments Provide support over phone, email, chat, or in person regarding flight schedules, visa regulations, baggage policies, etc. Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for special requests, refunds, and emergency rebookings Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in flight booking (minimum 0.6–3 years preferred) Strong knowledge of domestic & international air travel routes, fares, and rules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve problems quickly Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with MS Office, email, and CRM software Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred but not mandatory) 💡 Preferred Attributes:Prior work experience in a travel agency or airline Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
