Your typical day will involve working with TIBCO BusinessWorks, facilitating impact assessment efforts, and producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of TIBCO BusinessWorks-based solutions for clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Assist in the development of project plans, estimates, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in TIBCO BusinessWorks and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveSpaces, and TIBCO BusinessEvents. - Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with RESTful web services and API development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with source control tools such as Git or SVN.
