Job Title: TIBCO Developer Job Location: Dubai - UAE Riyadh - Saudi Arabia Doha - Qatar Monthly Salary: AED 10k - 15k - Depending on Experience, Full Tax Free Salary Project Duration: 2 Years, Extendable Experience Level Needed: 6 - 9 Years No.of Positions: 05 Job Description We are seeking a talented TIBCO Developer to join our dynamic team. As a TIBCO Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO-based solutions. You will be involved in the complete development life cycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop TIBCO-based integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW), EMS, and FTL Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable TIBCO solutions Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-deployment support Provide timely troubleshooting and resolve integration issues in production environments Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables Maintain detailed documentation for code, configuration, and system integration to facilitate future upgrades and troubleshooting Monitor system performance, propose optimizations, and drive improvements to increase the efficiency of integration solutions Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the alignment of integration solutions with business needs Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to building a collaborative and innovative team environment Skills and Experience Required: Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing integration solutions with TIBCO BW, BW6, or BWCE Expertise in TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service), TIBCO FTL (Fast Messaging), and TIBCO Adapters Solid knowledge of SOAP, RESTful services, WSDL, XML, XSD, and JSON for web service integration Familiarity with Java Message Service (JMS) and message queuing technologies Experience in using various integration patterns and architecture styles such as SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) and microservices Proficiency in Java for custom development and troubleshooting integration solutions Familiarity with integrating TIBCO solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Experience with version control systems like Git , SVN , and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize TIBCO-based applications for better performance and scalability Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues in production environments Preferred Qualifications: TIBCO Certified Professional (Business Works, EMS, or related TIBCO products) Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, Java, or integration technologies (e.g., TOGAF, Java EE, etc.) are a plus Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Job REF Code: TIBCO_0525 Interested candidates can connect with us on WhatsApp at: +91 91549 42629 EMAIL ID: spectrumconsulting1977@gmail.com Please Email Your CV with Job REF Code [ TIBCO_0525 ] as subject
