We are looking for experienced L2 Support Engineers to join the Master Data Management (MDM) team. The team is responsible for maintaining and supporting the TIBCO EBX platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across business-critical systems.
1. Provide Level 2 support for TIBCO EBX-based MDM platform, including incident resolution, service requests, and problem management. 2. Monitor system health, performance, and data flows using available tools and dashboards. 3. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 and development teams for complex issues. 4. Execute routine maintenance tasks, data corrections, and configuration updates. 5. Support integration flows between EBX and upstreamdownstream systems. 6. Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions. 7. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support coverage. 8. Ensure compliance with Swiss Res ITSM processes and data governance policies.
