Role Overview: - Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and Adapters. - Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable integration architectures. - Implement and maintain SOA-based solutions and business process automation. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshoot issues. - Optimize Tibco applications for performance and scalability. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, and ActiveMatrix. - Strong understanding of XML, XSD, SOAP, REST, and integration patterns. - Experience with Java, SQL, and web services. - Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, and monitoring tools. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
