Role & responsibilities

• Extensive expertise in TIBCO BW 5.x and TIBCO EMS
• Strong analytical capabilities backed by hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts and design patterns
• Proficient in web technologies including REST APIs, XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON
• In-depth knowledge of TIBCO BPM suite, with a focus on TIBCO iProcess Engine
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Working knowledge of UML (Unified Modeling Language) is a plus
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and HELM Charts
• Industry experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous
• Basic understanding of Java programming is a beneficial asset

We are looking for a seasoned Senior TIBCO Integration Developer with a strong focus on analysis and development using TIBCO BW and TIBCO iProcess. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions aligned with waterfall project methodologies and specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of integration solutions on the TIBCO integration platform
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical specifications
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including:
• Requirements analysis
• Solution design
• Development and unit testing
• Deployment and post-implementation support
