• Expert in Photoshop

  (required); familiarity with Illustrator/Figma/After Effects is a plus.

  (faces vs. no-faces, subject scale, background simplification, contrast).
• Comfortable with

  analytics

  (CTR, impressions, watch-time interplay) and basic A/B testing workflows.

• Extreme attention to detail
