Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Hyderabad. you will be responsible paid social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks to enhance our clients' brand presence and engagement. Benefits LPA: 2 to 8 LPA (depending on qualification) Annual Performance Bonus Health Insurance Training & Development Opportunities Responsibilities Search Campaigns: Plan, set up, and optimize Google Search campaigns with tightly themed ad groups, high-intent keywords, and clear SKAG structures. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads: Develop and execute video/image ad campaigns on Meta with precise targeting (lookalike, interest, custom audiences). Continuously refine creative assets: hooks, captions, CTAs—guided by A/B testing and performance data. Pixel & Conversion Tracking: Integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking on client websites. Audit existing Tag setups and troubleshoot discrepancies. Build and maintain custom events, standard events, and custom audiences—powering retargeting sequences that drive incremental ROI. Retargeting & Funnel Optimization: Design multi-step retargeting funnels: website visitors → engaged video viewers, etc. SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with copywriters to develop SEO-driven content calendars: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, internal linking. Monitor organic rankings, analyze backlink profiles, and refine content based on search trends. Qualifications 3+ years’ hands-on experience as a digital marketer (B2B or B2C). Google Ads & Meta Ads Expertise: Proven track record launching and scaling Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns. Strong grasp of bidding strategies: manual CPC, target CPA, maximize conversions, ROAS targets. Pixel & Tracking Skills: Deep familiarity with Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4 events, and conversion API. Experience troubleshooting mismatched data between ad platforms and analytics. Retargeting: Able to architect full-funnel retargeting flows and optimize based on funnel analytics. Comfort with multi-touch attribution and cohort analysis. SEO & Content Know-how: Hands-on experience in keyword research (Ahrefs, SEMrush), on-page SEO, and content structuring for organic growth. Ability to align SEO goals with paid acquisition strategies. Process & Documentation: Document campaign structures, budget allocations, hypotheses, and learnings.
