Design eye-catching and high-conversion thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the content, video editing, and marketing teams to understand the content's tone and objective.
Create multiple thumbnail variations to test CTR (Click-Through Rate) performance.
Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all designs.
Stay updated with trends in digital content, YouTube creators, and social platforms.
Edit and enhance images using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.
Deliver high-quality graphics within deadlines.
Adapt designs based on analytics, feedback, and viewer insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a Thumbnail Designer or similar graphic design role.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other professional design tools.
Understanding of design principles, composition, color balance, typography, and branding.
Ability to create compelling visuals that drive attention and clicks.
Good communication and collaborative skills.
Portfolio demonstrating thumbnail work is mandatory.
Experience in YouTube content formats, digital marketing, or social media creative design.
Knowledge of trends in thumbnails (faces, colors, text, emotion, layout styles).
Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
Ability to handle high-volume content creation.
