We’re now looking for a Thumbnail Designer who can take our visual storytelling to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails and attention-grabbing social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with brand tone and video themes.
• Analyze and improve thumbnails to maximize engagement and click-through rate (CTR).
• Deliver multiple creative variations within tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistent design quality across all digital assets (Instagram, YouTube, website, etc.)

Requirements

• Strong sense of color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.
• Ability to design scroll-stopping, clickable visuals.
• Understanding of visual psychology, emotion, and curiosity-based design.
• Startup mindset — creative, adaptable, and fast in execution.
• Bonus: Understanding of crypto / Web3 (not mandatory).
