As a Risk Governance and Automation enthusiast, you have an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team by managing and enhancing the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework aligned with RBI guidelines and internal policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and oversee the TPRM and outsourcing governance framework. - Ensure adherence to RBI Outsourcing Guidelines and internal standards. - Perform vendor due diligence, reviews, and continuous monitoring. - Maintain the outsourcing register and related documentation. - Develop dashboards and reports using Excel. - Lead process enhancements through automation and analytics. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-2 years of experience in TPRM, Vendor Governance, Outsourcing Risk, or Operational Risk. - Proficient in Excel. - Sound understanding of RBI guidelines and risk governance. - Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. - Knowledge in Lending/Risk Management is advantageous. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.
