Location: Head Office - NoidaExperience: 1-2 yearsIndustry: Banking / Financial ServicesAre you passionate about risk governance and automation? Join our team to manage and enhance our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework in line with RBI guidelines and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage the TPRM and outsourcing governance framework.Ensure compliance with RBI Outsourcing Guidelines and internal standards.Conduct vendor due diligence, reviews and ongoing monitoring.Maintain the outsourcing register and related documentation.Create dashboards and reports using Excel.Drive process improvements through automation and analytics.What we are looking for:1-2 years experience in TPRM / Vendor Governance / Outsourcing Risk/ Operational RiskProficiency in ExcelStrong knowledge of RBI guidelines and risk governancePostgraduate in Commerce, Finance or related field.Knowledge in Lending/Risk Management is a plusStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
