🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thermal testing and analysis on mechanical and electronic components using industry-standard equipment.

Develop and execute test plans for thermal performance, heat dissipation, and thermal cycling.

Collaborate with design and R&D teams to validate product performance under various thermal conditions.

Document test procedures, results, and provide detailed reports for internal and client review.

Troubleshoot thermal anomalies and recommend design or material improvements.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, ASTM, ISO) during testing.

Maintain and calibrate thermal testing equipment such as thermal chambers, IR cameras, and data loggers.

🧠 Required Skills:

Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and thermal dynamics.

Hands-on experience with thermal testing tools and sensors.

Familiarity with data acquisition systems and thermal simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).

Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and documentation abilities.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in medical devices, electronics, or automotive thermal testing.

Knowledge of biomedical instrumentation or environmental testing protocols.

Exposure to quality systems like ISO 13485 or ISO 9001.
