Role Description

This is a full-time Therapy Manager position at SIGNITY PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is hybrid, requiring work based in Chandrapur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Therapy Manager will be responsible for overseeing therapy strategies, managing team performance, analyzing market trends, supervising campaign execution, and ensuring that sales and treatment goals are achieved. They will liaise with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, while driving operational excellence and maintaining quality in therapy-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in therapy management, treatment planning, and healthcare solutions
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, marketing campaigns, and business development
• Strong leadership, team management, and performance analysis skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (Master's or higher is a plus)
