Pharm degree or any graduate qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative. Prior experience in the same therapy area and a background in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will be advantageous. Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers are also highly preferred.
