Therapy Access Manager - Obesity

Job Description

As a Therapy Access Specialist in the field of obesity, you will play a key role in establishing leadership in obesity management and healthcare. Your focus will be on unlocking business opportunities and promoting obesity as a chronic disease. You will effectively manage diverse scientific communities and drive educational initiatives on the ground. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage targeted customer cohorts for strategic outreach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance the Obesity Clinic Program, improving managed care settings for obesity across India. Build partnerships with healthcare professionals, including those in private, corporate, and aesthetic centers, as well as nutritionists, to enhance obesity care. Lead and implement patient awareness initiatives, such as camps and interactions between healthcare professionals and patients, to promote understanding of obesity as a chronic condition. Qualifications: Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Hospital Management, or equivalent. Preferred background in Business Administration. 4-6 years of field experience in launch sales responsibility, market or therapy shaping pre-launch. Proven experience in establishing and developing partnerships. Experience in developing Centers of Excellence and executing on-ground activation initiatives.
