Job Requirement: Content Developer at The IAS Hub.We are hiring Content Developers to create UPSC/UPPSC/ BPSC study material, test series, and model answers.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in UPSC/State PCS preparation (appeared for Mains preferred).
• 2-4 years' experience in content development / teaching , editorial work.
• Ability to create structured notes, MCQs, and Mains test series aligned with syllabus & PYOs.
• Proficiency in answer writing frameworks & value-addition techniques.
• Strong research skills using official/government sources.
• Basic knowledge of Al tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) for drafting & editing.
• Editorial eye for accuracy, clarity, and exam-oriented presentation.
• (Bonus) Ability to work in both English & Hindi.
