Job Description

In this context, we would be interested in recruiting dedicated TGT2 English teacher for Classes 8, 9, and 10. The teacher will impart English language and literature lessons, help students improve reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills, foster love for literature, and support their overall academic growth.

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree (B.A. / B.Sc. or equivalent) with English as a major or pass subject.
Professional teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent) or any teachingcertification as required by the school.
Good command of English both written and spoken.

Roles Responsibilities

Plan and deliver English lessons (language, grammar, comprehension, literature) for Classes 8, 10.
Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and lesson plans.
Assess students through tests/assignments, evaluate performance, and give feedback.
Maintain records of student progress and attendance.
Provide extra support to students needing help.
Maintain a respectful, disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in school academic and cocurricular activities (e.g. debates, writing/clubs) if required by the school.
