Role Overview: As a TGT (Social Science) in Lucknow, your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement the curriculum in accordance with the CBSE guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans following the CBSE curriculum. - Design engaging teaching materials to facilitate effective learning. - Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities. - Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress. - Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments. - Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students. - Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills. - Stay updated on the latest developments in the subject. - Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. - Actively participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities. Qualifications: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Science, international studies, global affairs, or a related field. - B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience: - Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred. - Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.,
