Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and passionate TGT English Teacher to teach middle school students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an innovative teaching approach aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should be efficient in classroom management, lesson planning, and committed to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to middle school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behavioural management skills.
• Integrate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and resilience into daily teaching practices.
• Conduct periodic assessments, maintain student records, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes acceptance, participation, and student well-being.
• Exhibit effective time management, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrate social and emotional intelligence while interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and continuous professional development programs.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in English (B.A. English) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
