Pre Primary Teacher

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and nurturing environment that supports the developmental needs of young children . The teacher will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate curriculum, developing social and cognitive skills, and building a strong foundation for future learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school's early childhood curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to facilitate learning.
• Monitor and assess the progress and development of each child and maintain records.
• Encourage social interactions, emotional development, and independence.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to ensure holistic development.
• Organize classroom activities, events, celebrations, and field trips.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Follow school policies and maintain discipline in accordance with the rules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori Training or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or nursery setting.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Patience, Creativity, Critical thinking, resilience, collaborative skills.
• Acceptance & Inclusivity, Social and Emotional Intelligence.
