The role involves communicating students" progress to parents, particularly for those requiring tutoring or extra assistance. You will be responsible for providing appropriate resources and learning materials, as well as identifying effective teaching methods for students with diverse learning styles. Developing and updating the classroom curriculum, conducting research, and fostering creativity in students are integral aspects of the position. Maintaining computer laboratories, ensuring proper functionality of equipment, and managing supplies inventory are part of the daily responsibilities. Accurate record-keeping of student progress, handling behavior issues in alignment with school policies, and maintaining a well-organized classroom stocked with necessary supplies are key tasks. Staying informed about developments in computer technology and advocating for updated hardware and software are essential duties. Running the classroom within the allocated budget, backing up classroom work, and monitoring internet usage for educational purposes are also crucial responsibilities. Additionally, posting grades, sending reports to parents, and teaching remote or online classes to adult students are part of the job scope. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift, and the work location is in person at Bathinda, Punjab.
