Department:Production(TFO) Location: Mehmdavad, Gujarat Experience Required : Minimum 5-8 years in TFO machine operations Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: - Responsible for overall production and quality output from TFO (Two-for-One Twister) machines. - Manage and supervise TFO machine operators and fitters across shifts. - Ensure shift-wise production targets and quality parameters are met. - Monitor machine efficiency, minimize downtime, and improve productivity. - Implement preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team. - Maintain shift-wise records for production, breakdown, and quality. - Ensure safety and housekeeping standards in the TFO area. - Report to the Plant/Production Manager on daily performance metrics and challenges. - Handle manpower allocation, training, and shift planning. Key Skills Required: - In-depth knowledge of TFO machine operations and process parameters. - Strong team management and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with yarn counts, twisting ratios, and machine settings. - Basic understanding of maintenance and quality control.
