Job Description

Department: Maintenance (TFOSection) Location: Mehmdavad, Gujarat Experience Required: Minimum5-8 years in mechanical fitting of TFO machines Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: - Carry out mechanical maintenance and repairs of TFO machines. - Conduct routine preventive maintenance and machine health checks. - Attend breakdowns promptly to minimize machine downtime. - Assist in machine installation, alignment, and calibration. - Replace worn-out parts like spindles, belts, gears, bearings, and other mechanical assemblies. - Maintain proper tools and spare inventory for TFO section. - Ensure machine safety standards and proper lubrication schedules. - Maintain maintenance logbooks and report recurring issues to Maintenance Head. Key Skills Required: - Technical expertise in TFO machine mechanics. - Ability to read machine manuals and mechanical drawings. - Problem-solving skills for breakdown analysis. - Familiar with tools, spares, and machine calibration. - Proficient in General Maintenance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
