Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and approach new clients in domestic and international textile markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and retailers.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Provide clients with technical knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and applications.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of textiles, woven/knit fabrics, and garment industry.
  • Proven track record in fabric sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer relationship management and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade shows.
