The ideal candidate must be creative, technically sound, and possess hands-on experience in the complete design-to-production cycle within a plant or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop seasonal collections for Western outfits including shirts, trousers, dresses, tops, jackets, etc. Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing consistency. Stay up to date with market trends, fabrics, and international styles. Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams for product launches and customer feedback. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters. Monitor fitting sessions and adjust designs based on feedback and fabric behavior.

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Textile Fabric Sales Executive/Manager to drive sales growth and manage client relationships in the textile and apparel sector. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relations with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective market strategies and be capable of managing both in-office responsibilities and field travel . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify and approach new clients in domestic and international textile markets. Maintain and grow relationships with garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and retailers. Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and negotiations. Provide clients with technical knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and applications. Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of textiles, woven/knit fabrics, and garment industry. Proven track record in fabric sales and business development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Customer relationship management and problem-solving attitude. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and trade shows.
