Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Designer role based in Panipat. As a Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs for home textiles and décor products. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating sketches and prototypes, collaborating with production teams, and ensuring that all designs meet brand standards and market trends. You will also conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design, Product Design, and Textile Design
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software
• Strong understanding of trends in home textile and décor markets
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Relevant experience in the home textiles or décor industry is highly desirable

Proficiency in Photoshop

Strong PowerPoint skills
