Company Description SMR India Pvt Ltd is a leading digital printing unit working with leading retailers and exporters in India and internationally to develop prints and garments in the fashion apparel category. Role Description SMR India, a leading digital textile printing manufacturer based out of Noida, is looking for a highly creative Senior Textile Designer with an experience of at least 2-3 years. Responsibilities include: Design Development: Creating designs using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant softwares. This will include developing new designs (including placement prints), creating repeats and coordinating with the Fashion Designer to map prints on digitised garment pattern. Research: Keeping up to date with international trends in digital printing and design forecasts. The Senior Textile Designer will be required to give design input on different print placement options based on analysis of trends in the international market. Client Account Management: Co-ordination with clients to meet strict deadlines for sampling and production. Necessary Skills: Previous Experience as a print designer is compulsory Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and it's tools. Basic Knowledge of garment construction for print placement. Past Experience as a PRINT designer is preferred.
