Role Overview: As a Senior Test Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing for a specific workstream of the Investment Platform program. Your role will involve planning, scripting, and executing effective UAT to ensure that the software delivered meets operational and business requirements. You will work closely with the UAT team, which includes testing contractors, permanent testing staff, and business users. Reporting to the workstream Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of UAT within project schedules and quality criteria. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, script, and execute User Acceptance Testing to validate software functionality - Ensure UAT is completed in accordance with project schedules and quality standards - Participate in make-live implementation healthchecks - Collaborate with Test lead, Test Manager, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems, and Operational staff to achieve UAT objectives - Lead workshops with project stakeholders to ensure adequate test coverage - Coach and train business users in acceptance testing and review test scripts for accuracy and completeness Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in User Acceptance Testing for large projects in the financial sector, preferably for fund management administration software implementations - Excellent information gathering, planning, organizational, and communication skills - Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities - Effective interpersonal and influencing skills - Proficient in spelling and grammar - Demonstrated drive, energy, enthusiasm, with a proactive approach - Timeliness, flexibility, and resilience - Business focus with a sense of accountability - Ability to build strong relationships - Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing models Additional Company Details: The role of Senior Test Analyst would be suitable for an existing Senior Test Analyst or an experienced Test Analyst looking to advance their career. Desirable skills and qualifications include experience in wrap platform testing (e.g., Sonata, Rufus, Figaro, GFAS), familiarity with financial or banking administration systems, working with third-party vendors, understanding of operational business processes related to fund management, proficiency in using Quality Center for test and defect management, knowledge of ISA, GIA, and SIPP financial products, and holding an ISTQB Foundation Test Analyst certificate.
