Job Description

You will be responsible for performing routine testing of MV Panels as per relevant IEC & IS standards, product checklists, quality code book, and customer requirements to ensure the best quality product. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues during routine testing, work according to LEAN principles to suggest improvements, have a good understanding of SLD, Standard Schematic & Electrical drawings of switchgears, and be knowledgeable about electrical protection systems & protection relays. Providing feedback to the concerned supervisor regarding drawing-related issues, following EHS guidelines during electrical/mechanical testing, ensuring readiness of panels before customer inspections, participating in and demonstrating FATs tests to customers, and submitting compliance and incorporating necessary changes suggested by customers during inspections are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering - 2 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing and testing of AIS switchgear Products Skills: - Good business communication skills - Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Good understanding of EHS guidelines to be followed during electrical/mechanical testing - Self-motivated, Team player, Flexible, Assertive, high in ethics,
