Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Testing Operator located in Vadodara. The Testing Operator will be responsible for conducting routine and specialized testing of electric motors, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. Daily tasks include operating testing equipment, recording test results, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability and safety.

What you’ll do:

✔️ Conduct testing of electric motors with accuracy and efficiency

✔️ Ensure quality checks are followed at every stage

✔️ Collaborate with the production team to maintain performance standards

Basic Requirement:

• Experience in operating testing equipment and instruments
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and identifying motor issues
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Basic understanding of electric motors and their components
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
