Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator

You are being offered a full-time, on-site position as a Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator at Elcen Machines in Vadodara. As the Cylindrical Grinding Machine Operator, your main responsibilities will include operating cylindrical grinding machines, maintaining the quality of machined components, and performing regular maintenance on the machinery. Your daily tasks will involve setting up machines, overseeing machine operations, inspecting finished products for quality assurance, and utilizing hand tools for adjustments and minor repairs. Additionally, you will be expected to keep records of production, as well as collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and hold an ITI Pass qualification. You should possess strong skills in machine operation and machinery handling, quality control, and proficiency in using hand tools. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred, and a technical diploma or certification in a related field would be advantageous.
