Job Description

Job Summary

As a Tester at Bluphlux, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative recruitment solutions powered by Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for testing our AI algorithms and systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans for our AI-driven recruitment solutions.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new updates.
Participate in the development and enhancement of testing methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
