Job Description

As a Test Technician 1, Instruments, your role will involve performing assembly, system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of instruments. You will be responsible for analyzing test results, providing solutions, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble and test moderately complex instruments - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues - Analyze pass/fail data and recommend improvements - Train team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Maintain a clean and safe workspace Qualifications: - AA in Mechatronics or related field, or 5+ years experience in troubleshooting - Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills - Proficient in reading drawings and using mechanical tools - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement - Basic computer skills and strong analytical abilities Apply now to grow your career with us!,
