Job Description

Test Specialist - Payroll testing

Proven experience in software testing, specifically with payroll, HRIS (Workday, etc.), or finance systems.

Strong understanding of payroll concepts, statutory compliances, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in test case development and execution.

Experience with test management tools (JIRA) and automation tools (Selenium, UFT).

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
