Knowledge of test frameworks in at least one language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
Understanding of test architecture (API testing, UI testing, load testing).
Strong grasp of test case design techniques, exploratory testing, and defect tracking.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Define QA KPIs and ensure metric-driven reporting.
Release planning and risk-based testing.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Good communication with cross-functional teams.
Conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
Ability to mentor and upskill junior QA engineers.
ISTQB/Test Architect certifications.

Define, implement, and improve test strategies, plans, and processes.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.
