Test - Manager

As an Automation Engineer, your role will involve utilizing your technical skills to drive test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and more. You should have a solid understanding of test frameworks in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. Additionally, familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI will be essential. Your expertise should extend to test architecture encompassing API testing, UI testing, and load testing. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Appium - Employ knowledge of test frameworks in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript - Work with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI - Understand and implement test architecture for API testing, UI testing, and load testing Moving on to manual testing, you should have a strong grasp of test case design techniques, exploratory testing, and defect tracking. Experience with test management tools like Zephyr and Xray will be beneficial to excel in this role. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in test case design techniques and exploratory testing - Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr and Xray In terms of process and management, your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be crucial. You will be expected to define QA KPIs, ensure metric-driven reporting, participate in release planning, and conduct risk-based testing. Strong leadership and team-building abilities, excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams, conflict resolution capabilities, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
