Job Description

Looking for a skilled Test Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to lead our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and testing, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead complex testing efforts across multiple systems, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions.
Identify and report defects or issues to senior stakeholders, working closely with development teams to resolve problems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 9 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on corporate finance and banking.
Proven experience in leading complex testing efforts, managing multiple systems and teams.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including integration, performance, and security testing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Experience working in institutional banking, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Ability to coordinate across multiple streams, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
