Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with 5-15 years of experience in testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test planning, estimation, and execution.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead a small team of testers and provide guidance on test planning and execution.
Develop and execute SQL-based test cases and perform defect management.
Conduct test reviews and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Write test automation scripts in SQL or Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Ensure excellent oral and written communication skills are maintained within the team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in testing, including hands-on experience in test planning and estimation.
Experience in leading a small team of testers and providing guidance on testing best practices.
Strong knowledge of ETL testing, DataStage, and migration projects.
Excellent working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
Good understanding of defect management and test review processes.
Ability to write test automation scripts in SQL or Python.
