Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop test cases and automation scripts for core applications and new features.
Ensure defect-free release of applications by reviewing customer requirements documents.
Coordinate between onsite/offshore teams, customers, and other support groups for smooth testing implementation.
Review and ensure quality of test cases, test scripts, and test data for functional and non-functional testing.
Conduct sanity checks on all core applications using automated scripts and publish results for integration tests.
Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and suggest necessary actions such as bug resolution and code optimization.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing with expertise in automation testing.
Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting.
Experience in managing test defects and tracking them to closure.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and customers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with test metrics and progress tracking is desirable.
