Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting and various testing tools. This role involves ensuring quality assurance across business processes and requires a hybrid work model with potential travel. Day shift availability is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for web services ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases utilizing tools such as HP ALM and Jira to track progress and report defects.
Provide comprehensive test metrics and reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end business process assurance focusing on manual testing methodologies.
Utilize SNOW for incident management and ensure timely resolution of testing-related issues.
Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Engage in basic programming tasks to support test automation and enhance testing efficiency.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the software development lifecycle.
Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and suggest improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Manage testing resources effectively ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on new testing tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all testing activities.
Support the team in achieving project milestones and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting and SNOW.
Demonstrate proficiency in using testing tools such as RALLY HP ALM and Jira.
Have a solid understanding of manual E2E Business Process Assurance.
Exhibit basic programming skills to support testing activities.
Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and willingness to travel if required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
