Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with automation skills to manage automation efforts and projects. The ideal candidate should have 8-14 years of experience in software engineering testing, including manual and automation testing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Automated Testing Tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with other QAs, engineers, product owners, and SMEs to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering testing, including manual and automation testing.
Expertise in QA methodologies, test processes, and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
