Requirement Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and structure functional and non-functional requirements for automotive systems and software.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Ensure

  traceability

  of requirements through design, development, and validation phases.
• Conduct requirement reviews and support impact/risk assessments for changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams system engineers, software developers, test engineers, and product owners to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
• Use

  Python

  scripts for data analysis, test automation, or requirements validation support.
• Maintain high-quality documentation using tools such as

  DOORS, Code beamer, JIRA, or Confluence

  .
• Support compliance with automotive standards such as

  ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR

  .
• Communicate effectively across global teams and foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in

  Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

  .
• 5 6 years of experience in

  requirement management or systems engineering

  , preferably in the

  automotive industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  automotive software development lifecycle

  .
• Proficiency in requirement management tools (DOORS, Code Beamer, or equivalent).
• Basic to intermediate

  Python

  skills for scripting, data validation, or automation tasks.
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  .
• Proven ability to work effectively in

  cross-functional, international teams

  .
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of

  Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

  or

  SysML

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and

  DevOps

  concepts.
• Understanding of

  Vehicle E/E architecture

  or embedded systems.
• Experience with

  Agile

  frameworks.
