Test Lead Automation

As a Test Lead with strong automation skills, you will be responsible for managing automation efforts and projects. You should have a BS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding. With at least 1 year of lead experience, you will coordinate with other QAs, engineers, product owners, and SMEs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you will be communicating with technical teams as well as business and management stakeholders. Your expertise in QA methodologies, test processes, and practices will be crucial in this role. You should have a minimum of 6 years of software engineering testing experience, encompassing manual testing, automation testing, and developing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Cucumber. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 14 years of experience in the IT software industry. The salary range for this position is 7 Lac to 12 Lac per annum. A B.E or M.Tech qualification is required for this role. Key skills that are necessary for this position include automation using Selenium, software testing leadership, working with subject matter experts (SMEs), software engineering, SQL, and experience with automated testing tools like Selenium.
