Test Engineer

Role Overview: You will work closely with business analysts and the project team to understand the solution, documented requirements, and specifications. Your responsibilities will include test analysis, design, writing test cases, executing test cases, reporting outcomes, defect tracking, and representing the test team on triage calls. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and creation of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Communication with various stakeholders and mentoring less experienced team members will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business analysts and the project team to understand requirements and specifications - Undertake test analysis and design, including managing undocumented requirements - Write test cases to test core functionality and propose solutions for ambiguities in test results - Execute test cases, report outcomes, and track defects to closure - Contribute to the design and creation of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines - Communicate with various stakeholders and work directly with customer staff - Mentor less experienced team members and lead by example in both technical and non-technical aspects Qualification Required: - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field - Previous experience with automation frameworks & tools for automated tests - Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript is desirable - Experience with test frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, Django, Appium is desirable - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, or Bamboo is desirable Additional Company Details: The company offers a Hybrid Work Model, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, and Employee training programs.,
